I have spent some time looking over some of the lisp files. Again, it is amazing stuff. I would not have a clue where to start on some of these. I am keen to learn though. Is there a resource out there (on the web) where I can read up?

I would like to modify an existing lisp file and see how I go with learning.

    Thanks.

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for your compliments - this was one of the very first codes I wrote, so its not written too well, and could be written a lot lot better if I'm honest - I just haven't got the time to rewrite a program this large.

As for resources, there are these:

But the best way to learn (once you have mastered the basics) is to learn from examples - and I've posted thousands upon thousands on here .

I am BRAND NEW to Lisp... and I am have trouble loading this Pipe & Flange Draughtsman program.... I DL'ed the files and moved the entire folded into the Autocad folder.

I then loaded the Lisp by going to tools->AutoLISP-> load app

then found the folder, clicked LOAD, and said it was succesful and then I hit close.

I then went to autocad and typed in PFDRAW in the command line and I got the message of "the pipe & flange draughtsman dialog box could not be opened"

    help?

Is the folder into which you placed all the files in the ACAD Support path?

PS> the program is one of my first and needs a major rewrite if I'm honest...
